Our growth story is only just beginning and our Sales team is pivotal in sustaining our rapid growth in DACH and Slovenia. We are looking for a highly collaborative, outcome-oriented Inside Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us take on this huge market opportunity.

As Inside Sales Manager, you’ll focus on developing and managing own small and medium enterprise customers and supporting the Key Account Managers during the complete sales cycle; helping to enable logistic, industry, automotive, insurance and retail companies to transform their most crucial business processes. You will be building instant rapport with customers and the Key Account team, achieve and exceed targets and help to achieve full customer satisfaction.

 

What You’ll Do & Achieve

 

Own customers

  • Develop your own sales plan and a pipeline in target vertical markets enabling you to exceed your annual sales quota
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and key partners leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts and existing accounts
  • Work cross functionally with our solution sales, marketing and pre-sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms as required to close the sale
  • Accurately forecast profitable and predictable performance through adherence of our sales process
  • Advocate your customers’ implementations and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution any customer service related issues
  • Identify new customer needs, industry trends and potential partners and promote them with internal stakeholders
  • Work with the partners from the Sigfox eco-system and internal teams to identify the best-fitting solution for the needs of your customer

Support of Key Account Managers

  • Creating offers and processing orders in a timely manner, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with internal stakeholders for administrative and order processing purposes
  • Align with the Key Account Manager and ensure correct pipeline and sales figures in the CRM and reporting systems
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects

 

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

 

  • Experience in solution sales into small and medium enterprise businesses, preferably within loT, Embedded, telecommunication or Saas
  • Ability to align technology solutions to business problems and utilise strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
  • Ability to demonstrate value proposition & return on investment to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals
  • Passion for building long lasting customer relationships and working crossfunctionally within a diverse team to deliver outstanding results
  • Technologically adept and business acumen focused with outstanding communication both written and oral, negotiation and presentation skills

As a Key Account Manager you will focus on named enterprise and strategic accounts; helping some of the most successful postal, logistics, pharmaceutical and waste management companies transform their critical business processes. You own, drive the strategy and lead the sales cycle.


Role summary

  • Manage full and complex sales cycles and present value and ROI/business case often to C-level executives.
  • Develop your own sales plan and pipeline in target vertical markets that will drive the continued growth of your business and enable you to exceed your annual sales quota

Your profile
  • 5+ years full cycle sales experience, minimum 2 years Enterprise Sales.
  • Solution sales experience managing complex sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of territory and account management, preferably within IoT, Embedded or Managed Services.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex business problems with multiple stakeholders and use strategic thinking skills to solve problems
  • Strong ability to demonstrate value proposition and return on investment in complex environments to a broad audience of technical/leadership professionals
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quotas, revenue targets and the ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives
  • Experience selling multiple solutions and creating 12- to 24-month account strategic plans
  • Passionate about building long-term client relationships and working cross-functionally with a diverse team to achieve great results
  • Technologically savvy and business-minded with outstanding written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including G-Suite and Microsoft Office, are an asset
  • Ability to work individually and coordinate a multi-stakeholder team to collaboratively develop complex ecosystem solutions in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who loves to get things done efficiently: This person should be independent, self-motivated, organised and have great communication, analytical and organisational skills. The motivation of the internship is to define and develop a new data visualisation platform for IoT devices connected to the Sigfox network, capable of handling several million messages per day. As part of the Technical Pre Sales & Delivery team, the intern will liaise closely with the sales and support teams to:

Your tasks
  • Identify customer needs and internal support needs: What metrics do we want to monitor (temperature, position, network information, …), What type of dashboard is needed (graph, tables, widget, …), How often should the data be updated / stored, who should have access to the data
  • Benchmark and test different solutions: For data injection, from Sigfox backend (API, callbacks, Google Connectors), For data pre-processing (cloud functions, device parsing, PoI matching), For data storage (BigQuery, JSON, other databases), For data visualisation (Power BI Desktop, PowerBI Online, Google Data Studio), For data reporting (PowerPoint / PDF extraction, email notification, …).
  • For each of these solutions an analysis should be done: How easy is it to configure / maintain: What technical expertise is expected, How easy is it to scale: For additional devices, For additional projects
