UnaBiz takes over IoT provider and network operator Sigfox
UnaBiz takes over Sigfox SA, the inventor of the global Sigfox 0G wireless network, and the associated French network operator Sigfox France. The commercial court in Toulouse approved this today. Sigfox SA filed for bankruptcy protection in February and was looking for an interested party to buy the company, support its long-term development and preserve jobs.
